In 2020, she earned the William Duncombe Excellence in Doctoral Education Award for her work advising doctoral students at Rutgers. In 2021, the Midwest Political Science Associa-tion named Riccucci recipient of the Herbert Simon Award for her contri-bution to the scientific study of bureaucracy.
